​One Lighthouse Way is one of the eight Hudson Harbor properties located directly on the Hudson River. Showcasing spectacular views of the Hudson Valley, The Lighthouse was built with floor to ceiling windows and oversized balconies designed to enjoy the beauty of the rivers edge. Inspired by the stately mansions of the bygone era, this atypical stretch of waterfront has been transfigured into a riveting and timeless community.

Along with helping specify all materials and designs, KIN| Salem supplied Kallista faucets for kitchens and bathrooms, showering with 10” ceiling mounted heads and hand sprays, ​freestanding tubs, solid wood vanities, lavatory basins, mirrors, lighting, toilets, and custom made bathroom accessories. We also specified and supplied Navien Combi on demand ​boiler units for energy efficient water delivery, promoting the importance of environmental conservation and reduction of consumption.
