Currently being converted to condominiums, the renovation and restoration will ​revitalize this Upper West Side classic with modern amenities while adhering to it's classic architectural details. ​Unmatched with grand arched entrance ways ​leading to one of the city's largest inner courtyards and landscaped gardens, KIN Salem serves in revivifying this masterpiece with well-appointed and opulent plumbing supplies fitting to the original design. 

Delivering cast iron Kohler tubs, Dornbracht & Kallista faucets ​and showering fixtures, full length shower drains, water closets, and lavatory basins we have participated in bringing the Belnord​'s interior to life with the much needed details. Going as far as providing custom made powder room consoles based off a Robert A.M. Stern Design, the rich history and spectacular architecture is clearly embodied throughout the entirety of the buildings makeover.
